For more than 30 years, the topic of standardisation and interfaces for electronic data exchange has been the focus of GEFEG’s activities. Following this approach, GEFEG supports the development of electronic invoice formats. GEFEG solutions offer productivity enhancements and optimised development of data interfaces to connect business processes and plan, map and manage their business content throughout the application lifecycle. Solutions include the GEFEG.FX software for development and management of data models, eStandards and interfaces, the GEFEG.Portal for publishing interfaces, on-boarding and community management as well as application consulting, training and workshops on eBusiness topics. As an active member of national and international committees, such as DIN, GS1, UN/CEFACT, VDA, GEFEG also participates in the development of interfaces for industries, companies and globally active standard organisations. The practical experience gained from consulting activities and standardisation as well as the use of in-house solutions complement each other and help GEFEG to further expand its recognised status as a specialist for business interfaces.
